Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time however no payments will be refunded.
For cancellations due to illness or inclement weather we offer a one time rescheduling option. However, we cannot guarantee the same artist or level of artist will be available for your new date. All monies paid will go towards the new date and updated invoice.
We recommend booking services that you know you need for sure. Once we reserve them, they are held to the same cancellation policy and non-refundable payment schedule that is stated in our contracts.
Our artist ranking system is measured by accomplishments such as training, years of experience, client feedback, versatility, and portfolio. The higher level the artist, the longer they've been in the industry and the more versatile their abilities. What our level system is NOT, is a ranking system of talent. Hair and makeup artistry is an art and therefore how "good" an artist is in talent is subject to one's opinion and personal style.

We scout independent artists to join our network and have them do multiple working interviews, to see if they have what it takes to work in the high-end wedding and special-event market that our clientele is. We hold them to the highest of standards and expect the utmost professionalism from each one. In joining our network, they are trained and expected to abide by, above industry standard sanitation practices, and refined client relations in dealing with difficult or high-stress situations. Artists are strongly encouraged to participate in ongoing education.
